Roles and Responsibilities

• Negotiate an achievable Payment Plan and schedules with customers toward reducing the overdue/outstanding debts of clients without severing relationship


• Collection & Reconciliation of payment advice with erring clients by ensuring over dues are cleared promptly


• Give daily and weekly reports of collections and activities in line with job roles and confirm every payment from the clients with the accounts department

Requirement

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


• Experience: 1 year


• Sound numerate and analytical skills


• Result Oriented


• Good communication and interpersonal skills
