JOB DESCRIPTION

• Desktop and end user support on hardware and software related issues


• Perform routine maintenance tasks and health checks on infrastructure and systems such as backups and capacity management.


• Configuration and Maintenance of structured cabling systems, IP phones, Wireless Networks and local Internet, routers, and other network devices


• Manage relationship with suppliers and other external support service providers in information technology.


• User administration and support on office 365


• Windows active directory configuration, setup, and administration


• Endpoint security solution administration


• Data protection and information security management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years cognate experience as an IT Officer


• First Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering


• Cisco Certified or any other recognized IT certification


• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
