Sales & Marketing Management
- Drive business growth and revenue
- Lead business development activities geared towards growing the number of clients for the hub, training programs and CBT service
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Maintain a high level of product, industry, and market knowledge; identifying trends, opportunities, and business needs.
- Prepare reports and tracking documents relative to meeting performance goals, forecasting business levels.
Partnership Management
- Coordinate strategic partnerships to drive adoption of Premier Hub’s programmes and facility products.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic partner planning and related activities.
- Oversee partner relationships including developing cold leads and pitching to relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem.
- Facilitate communication with internal/external stakeholders, providing appropriate constructive challenges, clear outcomes, and commitment to action.
Communication Management
- Drive marketing activities to bring visibility to Premier Hub’s programmes and facility services.
- Coordinate all communication management activities for maximum reach and engagement.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Degree Level or Equivalent in a related field.
- Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in business development, sales & marketing or key account management.
- Experience in developing new markets, creating new accounts, stakeholder, channel partner and client management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Good knowledge of the technology ecosystem in Nigeria and across Africa
- Exceptional stakeholder management ability
