Job Description

• Monitoring production activities, material usage and output achieved


• Auditing of various department within the company


• Reviewing all procurement request, carryout price enquiries.


• Carrying out interest loan review to identify excess charges (if any)


• Carrying out payment confirmation


• Responsible for operational risk and providing controls and mitigation strategies for the risk identified


• Monitoring of project execution and ensure that they are implemented within the agreed time, with all the terms and conditions properly adhered.


• Reviewing monthly management accounts and ensuring that the account comply with IFRS


• Reviewing financial transaction posted into the system and ensuring that they are approved and correctly posted


• Ensuring that employees complies with all the company’s rules, regulations or directives


• Providing recommendations for process improvement where infractions or deficiencies are noted or observed.
