Job Description



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and contacting them

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and provide exceptional customer service

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to customers and provide product knowledge and training

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts

  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the company's products and services


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree/ OND/HND/NCE in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Manufacturing industry

  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
