Job Description

• Responsible for planning and scheduling and for creating the base line for the project assigned for timely quality delivery


• Responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed within set deadlines, on budget and in line with all the relevant safety standard and regulations.

• Responsible for the preparation of the trend analysis with regards to the status of the project

• Coordinate and liaise with the cost control Engineer for preparation of the project status report.

• Under the supervision of the Lead Quantity Surveyor prepare the Bills of Quantities (BOQ) jointly with Engineering Team and Project Control Department


• Under the supervision of the Lead Quantity Surveyor Employee shall constantly review of the BOQ against Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings


• Under the supervision of the Lead Quantity Surveyor verify the actual quantities in order to access both the active and the passive progress measurement according in line with the contracts in place for the project


• Under the supervision of the Lead Quantity Surveyor prepare Job card Database jointly with the Project Control Department


• Responsible for preparing all the drawings required to efficiently and proactively highlight the daily, weekly and monthly Project Progress status of the project
