Role



  • You will be responsible for the digital vision of the organization, responsible for corporate communications

  • Maintain the brand of the organization online.

  • Support the development of a digital insight function.

  • Advice and counsel about the most effective approaches to digital engagement. Implement digital marketing strategies of the organization.

  • Develop and deliver engaging digital content, ensuring that we are adopting innovative, compelling, and creative approaches which engage our target audiences.


Job Description



  • Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures

  • Execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables

  • Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail, and business product marketing teams.

  • Implement an effective Digital Marketing and Communications Strategy for all product launches, websites, social media platforms and internal communication

  • Leading ongoing management of digital touchpoints

  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.

  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting

  • Generate reports and analyze the success of advertisements, content, blog development, and marketing strategy on social media channels by using Google Analytics, Facebook analytics and shortened URL to track the success of our campaigns and content.


Requirements



  • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related courses

  • 1 - 2 years work experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce

  • Experienced with Managing social media

  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns, and a variety of digital assets, delivering rich media online ads, microsites, and social media applications.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM campaign experience/Google Ad words and Analytics

  • Certificate in Digital marketing will be an added advantage.

  • Solid understanding of web metrics, and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

  • Planning & Coordination

  • Must be able to work under constant steep deadlines and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
