Job Description

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information during product delivery.


• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.


• Dispatch orders for products or deliveries.


• Prioritize delivery according to urgency and importance.


• Use phone to communicate with crews, vehicles, or other field units.


• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.


• Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.


• Ensure timely delivery of products or deliverables.

Requirements

• He must be able to communicate in English and at least have an SSCE.


• 4 - 7 years work experience.


• He must have a rider's permit.


• He must have a 4g phone.


• He must be familiar with Locations in Lagos.


• He must reside in Mowe or environs.


• He must not be more than 40 years.


• Must be honest and ready to learn.


• He must be an experienced rider who can work strategically and smartly to meet up target
