• Liaises with other team members to resolve operational issues within agreed SLA


• Rolls out and deploys business application builds.


• Carries out and reports root cause analysis on recurrent issues.


• Ensures adequate testing for all changes conducted on all applications.


• Administers documentation and procedures guidelines.

• Assists in DR simulations and archiving activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or similar field


• 2 - 3 years of experience in IT Support role, preferably in the FMCG distribution sector


• Knowledge of business functions (Sales, Inventory Management, Delivery Planning, etc)


• Advanced knowledge in SQL and database objects


• Good Computer Skills: Microsoft Office


• Customer Service Foundation (ITIL).
