- Participate in Recruitment and Talent Retention efforts.
- Manage relationship with employment agencies; ensure recruitment/selection policies and processes are adhered to. Also ensure the best and most suited talents are short-listed for job interviews.
- Assist in the management and coordination of employee engagement programs; coordinate employee surveys and follow through implementation of management decisions.
- Assist with coordinating probation and confirmation processes.
- Assists with the roll-out of the PMS process
- Assist with the planning and coordination of HR projects and initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Not More than 26 years of age by April 2023
- HND / B.Sc in any Management Sciences / Social Sciences or related field
- Must have graduated with a minimum of Second-Class Lower / LowerCredit
- Must have completed NYSC as at the time of application
- 0 - 2 years of experience.
