Job Summary

• The Ideal Professional is expected to oversee the Bank's electronic products and channels, facilitate transactions on all channels, facilitate the development of additional channels, platforms the market research and development of new products.


• Product management as well provide required support to all internal and external stakeholders in relation to the Bank's products and channels.

Key Duties

• Management and reporting of transaction volumes done on the Bank's channels.


• Developing strategies to drive volumes and usage of the Bank's products and platforms.


• Product development and management.


• Management and delivery of bank integration projects.


• Market analysis to determine position and growth trajectory and identify new opportunities.


• Periodical reports on performance review.


• Manage the Bank's collections to maximize retention and revenue growth.


• Ensure optimization of the Bank's platforms to drive liability and revenue generation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc with a related Degree with Professional Certification.


• 5 - 6 years of experience in product and e-channels the Financial Services Industry.


• Project Management


• Good organizational, communication, report writing and presentation skills


• Good foresight, judgmental and decision-making skills


• Strong strategy development, analytical and innovative skills.
