Summary
- To deliver quality sale service and attend to customers enquires; as well as ensure that they have a satisfactory dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with menus.
- Take customer orders and relay this to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Listen to any complaints that guests have and address them appropriately.
- Prepare bills and process payments.
- Delivering goods sales service by ensuring pleasant experience for customers.
- Ensuring clean environment.
- Delivering an excellent customer service.
- Upselling
- Banquet setup
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- SSCE, Diploma, OND in any field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years experience obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.

Salary: N480,000 / Annum
