  • We are looking for a Male Office Administrator who will manage a team and be responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the Ecommerce channel (desktop, mobile and app), including inventory management, merchandising, contents publishing, product information, user experience, order fulfillment, shipping methods, payment methods, customer service & housekeeping.

  • Partner with cross functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Inventory, Customer Service, Logistics to identify opportunities and to drive business and executes new business strategies.

  • Create outstanding consumer experiences (brand/product/service/NPS)

  • Deliver consistent brand and user experience for all on-line platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet)

  • In addition to this applicants should be computer literate with proficiency in the use of microsoft office tools (Microsoft word and microsoft excel

  • Performing general office duties

  • Maintaining supply inventory and inventory reports


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

  • Applicants must live within isheri oshun, Bucknor, Isolo and ikotun axis

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in advertising and digital position.

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 3 years work experience.

  • Professional certification will be an added advantage.

  • In-depth knowledge of different social media platforms, website analytics, and best practices.

  • Highly creative in work with great analytical skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Updating sales record, maintaining documents

  • Supervisory skill.

  • Computer literate with Proficiency in the use of MS office tools (Word & Excel).

  • Candidate must be a Man residing in Isheri Oshun and it immediate environs.

  • Experience as an office administrator or in a related field.

  • Ability to learn fast on the job.

  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.

  • Great communication skills.
