Our client is a group of passionate and hard-working action-takers who are in the business of eradicating trash. They research and develop new technologies with the aim of reducing plastic pollution in the areas. Due to expansion they are in need of a Procedure Supervisor.

Location: Surulere

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of machine operators.


• Ensures smooth operation of the machine.


• Determines and corrects root cause of related downtime issues.


• Monitors daily productions and quality control performance records.


• identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary. Assisting the operators where in all aspects on the recycling floor.


• Develops and implements strategies and training toward accomplishing organization goals and values.


• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.


• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.


• Able to identify faults on the machine and the possible ways to maintain or repair it.


• Ability to coordinate major and minor machine repairs.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in a technical, engineering will be an advantage


• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in a recycling company.


• Experience in using various types of recycling machines.


• Organizational and leadership abilities.


• Communication and interpersonal skills.
