Creating and maintaining an electronic archive of important documents. Incorporate current electronic information storage technology.
Documenting and storing waybills, payment vouchers, receipts, and sales invoices.
Monitor the serial arrangement of documents in order to identify missing ones.
Store all documents in a manner that will keep them from becoming damaged over a long period of time.
Managing and monitoring all incoming and outgoing organizational files
Creating and maintaining Fixed Asset Files for all the company’s major assets (office equipment, furniture, fittings, plant machinery, vehicles, land, and buildings)
Comply rigidly with the approved process for giving out and retrieving assets and make an electronic copy of all processed Asset Holding Forms.
Ensure that all assets with staff have been processed with an Asset Holding Form.
Maintain an accurate Stationery Disbursement Register to monitor the rate of stationery consumption in each department.
The Archivist is responsible for keeping all the marketing materials of the company
The Archivist is responsible for preparing stock cards for all items in each store.
Requirements
ND / NCE in any related course
Three (3) years working experience as an Archivist or a similar role
Proficient use of Microsoft office tools
Experience in data entry, filing, labeling, retrieving, and preserving records.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
