Job Responsibilities



  • Receive and inspect all incoming goods and ensure that they are of the correct quality and quantity.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.

  • Ensure that all stock is properly labeled and stored in a secure and organized manner.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that adequate stock is always available.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and prepare reports on inventory levels and movements.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that goods are issued in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized at all times.


Job Requirements



  • HND or B.Sc in a relevant field.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Word.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
