Qualifications

• Bachelor of Law (LLB) or relevant qualifications.


• 7 years post-call experience.


• Must have at least 7 years post graduate experience


• Proven experience in research, analysis and legal advisory on fundamental business matters.


• In-depth knowledge of legal documents and terminology.


• Skilled with MS Office.


• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation as well as dispute resolution.


• Good understanding of general and specific company and commercial law in Nigeria.


• Managing compliance with regulatory institutions and support business and official engagements.


• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
