Job Description

The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance team in its operation and maintenance of the Gas plant, to meet the goals and objectives of the Operations Department, and ensure Company's quality and service commitment:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program of the facilities to meet the overall gas, condensate, and LPG production targets of the department in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.


• Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and pro-active, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years professional work experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with preference for not less than 8 years gas plant maintenance management.


• Qualified to act as maintenance manager in an Oil & Gas company.


• Good knowledge of process operations, including production planning and good knowledge of facility maintenance requirements.


• Skilled in application and design of maintenance management systems.


• Experienced and knowledgeable in development of maintenance planning and scheduling.


• Comfortable working with a multinational, multicultural team.
