The Project Manager is responsible for managing all projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing: Developing a comprehensive project plan that includes timelines, milestones, tasks, and resources required to complete the project. You will need to ensure that the project is well organized and coordinated to meet the defined goals and objectives.


• Budgeting and financial management: Preparing and managing budgets, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring that the project is delivered within the approved budget.


• Monitoring: Monitoring project progress and tracking project status against project plans, including tasks, schedules, costs, and quality.


• Communication and stakeholder management: Maintaining regular communication with all stakeholders, including project team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, to keep them informed of project progress, risks, and issues.


• Team management: Leading, motivating, and managing project team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to meet project goals and objectives.


• Scope management: Managing project scope, including defining project requirements, identifying changes to scope, and ensuring that changes are managed effectively.


• Continuous improvement: Continuously reviewing project processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance project delivery and team performance.


• Documentation: Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, reports, schedules, and other project-related documents.
