Job Description



  • Directly responsible for maintaining all financial records for the business.

  • Disbursement of petty cash, updating the books of account under his/her control.

  • Keeping and maintaining the company’s impress account

  • Documenting accounting transactions and generates accurate reports.

  • Assist in daily Banking transactions.

  • Any other duties that may be delegated to him/her by Management


Requirement and Competencies



  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience in similar position.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good Time management and Multitasking ability

  • Accuracy

  • Honesty and discretion

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, staff and external contacts, and to work effectively in a professional team environment.

  • Good at using QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word
