Job Description

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.


• Perform products expiry check


• Ensure the effectiveness of all warehousing activities/operations including the receiving assistants/laborers


• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area


• Ensure accuracy in the receiving process and inventory transactions.


• Communicate job expectations and coach employees where required.


• Interface with customers/suppliers/contractors when required to answer questions or solve problems


• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status


• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices


• Ensure synergy with the shopfloor and warehouse units to ensure efficiency in the business operations.


• Partake in the routine stock take to guide against shrinkage/loss to the business


• Perform all other duties as assigned by Management
