Job Description

• As our Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for leading our product vision and strategy.


• You will work closely with our team to create a unique product that will delight our users and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our company goals and objectives


• Lead our product team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of our product roadmap


• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and develop product solutions that meet those needs


• Work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and to a high standard


• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate our product from our competitors


• Collaborate with our marketing and growth teams to ensure that product features are effectively communicated to our users


• Develop and manage our product budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve our goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on social media or related industries


• Proven experience building and launching successful global social media products


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of user needs and behavior


• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with a track record of delivering complex products on time and to a high standard


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization


• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong bias for action
