CTY Sales / Business Development / key Account Manager
- Develop and manage the sales of the web acquiring, merchant POS acquiring, agency banking, digital banking and marketplace
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Development Team, Agents and Aggregators, Key Accounts and the City sales activities.
- Manage and execute the sales strategies for in-store and merchants, POS, Key Accounts, sales project etc
- Lead and oversee the acquisition of consumer and business customers.
- Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Provide sales performance and other business intelligence data to support decision making
- Maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, development partners and other stakeholders for the advancement of business objectives
- Participate in recruiting, screening, selection and management of potential agents in the sales and service of offerings at the agent channel
Requirement
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in Fintech or Banking
- BSc. first degree in a relevant field
- Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Familiar with current Agency Banking guidelines
- Excellent multicultural awareness and management skills,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of team building and supervisory skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc

Compensation and other details
Base Salary : 100k
Bonus:
- 200k when reached 100% of target
- 100k when reached 50% to 99% of the target
- 0k when reached0% to 49% of the target
- 10k of weekly transportation and data allowance. If the target of the week is not reached, there would be no allowance for the coming week.
Target:
- 10 million naira monthly revenue
- Revenue means the fees WAYA earns from the transactions.
- Revenue is accumulated and be divided by the number of months. Anytime the average is 10 million Naira per month, the BDM will receive bonus for all those months.
Staff strength :
- Each BDM will have 10 TO 15 BDs to work with.
KEY requirements –
- Must own the new versions of either iphone or android – From version 6 up.
- You must own your own laptop if you operate outside of the head office in Lekki Lagos.
- You must work from the regional office.
