Our client is a group of passionate and hard-working action-takers who are in the business of eradicating trash. They research and develop new technologies with the aim of reducing plastic pollution in the areas. Due to expansion they are in need of a Factory Manager.

Location: Surulere

• Manage the factory ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency.


• Overseeing all activities in the factory.


• Managing the workers to ensure full productivity.


• Will be fully involved in the recycling process from start to finish.


• Contribute to training and development of the workers.


• Developing and implementing innovative strategies.


• Able to delegate responsibilities around the factory.


• Screening, and training new factory workers.


• Ensuring that recycling factory machinery is in good working order.


• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.


• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.


• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.


• Motivating the workers to continually achieve factory targets.


• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Engineering.


• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a recycling company.


• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.


• The ability to multitask.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
