Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Assessment of creditworthiness of all prospective clients to ascertain their suitability for loan request


• Review and evaluate the existing product efficiency in the market situation and make necessary adjustment in order to meet the client’s needs.


• Design an effective system to ensure the team provides accurate report on existing and new business opportunities


• Monitor, Supervise and drive the credit officers to ensure delivery of their individual and global target.


• Critically examine financial transactions and credit history of clients presented by the Marketing team on a case by case basis (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents etc.)


• Monitoring of loans to ensure compliance with credit policy


• Compute models of credit information that predict trends and patterns


• Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.

Qualifications / Experience

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 3 -  5 years relevant work experience as a Sales Team Lead/Credit Risk Officer in the Microfinance sector


• Demonstrated and proven sales result


• Indepth understanding of the Microfinance Banking sector.
