We are looking for a new colleague who will join our IT team to support the IT Department in achieving the strategic objectives of the unit. The IT Support will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and maintain our computer systems, network and security.
Job Description
Install and configure software and hardware components.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
Resolve technical issues, including software, hardware, and network related problems.
Maintain and update technical information.
Perform regular backups and ensure data is secure.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking system.
Experience with Windows and macOS Operating system.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with network security protocols and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
