Our client is looking to hire a Human Resource Officer who is dynamic, driven and passionate about employee engagement and relations to work with the team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Develop and implement performance management processes, create KPI's
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc / BA / HND Business Administration
Minimum of 2 year experience
Clear communication
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
