Job Description

• We are seeking to hire an experienced vice principal (academics) to perform and maintain supervision of teaching and learning duties within our school at Kuje, Abuja.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Approval of teaching resources (slides) ahead of lessons


• Supervising the documentation of learning assessment.


• Supervision of enrichment classes


• Review of teacher workbooks


• Review of student lesson notes.


• Lessons reviews for action learning


• Review quality assurance requirements and documentation every week.


• Supervising ongoing Interventions and providing follow-up.


• Supervision of lessons


• Appraisal of student learning report


• Mapping the learning needs of children.


• Mapping the learning need of teachers.


• Organizing training.


• Identifying resources for teachers.


• Conducting teaching-staff appraisals.


• And supervision of everything that falls under teaching and assessment.

Skillset Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.


• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management


• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


• Proficiency in cloud software applications (Onedrive, Dropbox, Google Workspace)


• Ability to multi-task, respond rapidly and work without supervision.


• Have a sense of detail, positivity and team spirit.
