• Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in recruitment and assessment of candidates and participants of training


• Organizing workshops and training being responsible for the communication and logistics


• Teaching and moderation of classes


• Assisting other trainers and teachers


• Supporting the assessment of participants and especially the collection of data for systematic reporting

Set of Tasks

• Ensuring close teamwork within the HR/ Training team


• Schedule, run and monitor training sessions


• Assess the competence and progress of each participant and formulate the findings


• Communicating post-training follow-ups on a regular basis

Education/ Experience:

• BSC/HND


• 1- 4 years working experience in a related field
