Job Description

• Supervise the entire furniture production & installation process with the aim for high performance.


• Monitor & prioritize workflow of furniture production to meet deadlines.


• Monitoring quality control of all production & installation on sites & in the factory.


• Conduct quality control checks on production works within the factory before deliverables are sent out.


• Formulate new processes and systems for installation processes and systems.


• Conduct trainings with installers regarding accessories, components, and tools.


• Have a structured set up of trainings that will be conducted within the company every fortnight.


• Work with the Production manager, team leaders, and department heads to achieve high performance.


• Ensure that products meet industry standards and project specifications and making adjustment as necessary


• Research new tools and machines to enhance installation efficiency.


• Research on techniques.


• Coordinate and track project progress and schedules.


• See to supervision and implementation of daily production reports


• See to workers compliance of all safety rules.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc / B.Tech in Production Management / Manufacturing Management with experience in Manufacturing sector.


• Minimum of 2 years work experience.


• Candidate should reside in Ajah or its environs.

Skills Required:

• Ability to use the Automatic cutting machine & Edge binding machine.


• Ability to produce & install based on the production drawing, accurate measurement & material specification.


• Ability to train in the area of furniture production & installation.


• Ability to take to instructions.


• Good leadership skills.


• Organized & accountable.
