Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Achievement of agreed sales targets/objectives for the defined parameters which are set by the business

  • Identify and understand the customer's need

  • Source for customers to take and access loans

  • Ensure the customer's profile matches loan requirements

  • Be abreast with the company's products

  • Obtain all necessary documents on the company’s checklists

  • Follow-up with the Team Lead on applications submitted

  • Prepare daily reports and pipelines

  • Ensure timely submission of application forms and documents at the branch

  • Participate in Weekly/Monthly Sales Performance Review

  • Participate in sales activations/road shows/market storms

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievement vs actual

  • Follow-up on referrals, generate leads

  • Escalate all challenges through Team Lead and Channel Manager

  • Any other ancillary duties assigned by the organization


Requirements



  • Result driven mindset

  • Relevant field sales experience

  • Experience working in a microfinance bank or loan company

  • Strong negotiation and marketing skills

  • Good client management skills
