  • We are currently looking to hire an experienced and superstar HR Generalist who will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives

  • The successful candidate will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities



  • Partner with the human resources team within the organization.

  • Implement and ensure quality control of HR and People related policies, procedures, and guidelines with the company's strategic initiatives.

  • Support the administrative side of people management (Employment contracts, job offers, probation completion letters, termination letters, etc.).

  • Work with the team to ensure that the recruitment, onboarding/pre-hire process is smooth. You will also coordinate with cross functional teams for equipment needs and partnering with appropriate teams and hiring managers as needed on new hire needs.

  • Provide advice to managers on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.

  • Design, oversee and improve our performance management program.

  • Design, implement and administer HR business processes related to employee data. management, benefits and leave administration, and reporting.

  • Provide support on payroll administration.

  • Organize employee related activities aimed at improving the company culture.

  • Conduct and support employee surveys and identify needs to be addressed.

  • Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications / Skills



  • 3-5 years of experience working in Human Resources

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday in the office.

  • Reside within Lekki-Ajah axis

  • Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good at contributing to positive company culture, and able to resolve conflicts.

  • Good time management skills, able to manage several projects at the same time.

  • Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant change and a rapidly growing team.

  • Good analytical skills and ability to present information well.

  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel is required.

  • Can do attitude, able to work independently.
