Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the smooth running of all operational duties of the subsidiary.
- Liaise with service providers on issues and better services.
- Ensure that the customer service desk is responding to all queries from customers.
- Approve all transactions that need approvals on all platforms.
- Ensure the reconciliation desk is reconciling all transactions as at when due
- Ensure the project desk handles and delivers projects as at when due.
- Work hand in hand with the IT team to ensure all platforms are working well.
- Handle presentations and come up with innovative ideas for the subsidiary.
- Ensure all customers brought in by the marketing team are tagged to the right staff and transactions tagged to the right staff
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution. Preferably bank or Fintech.
- Strong knowledge of banking or fintech operations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, pay attention to details and identify areas of improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
