Job Description



Your responsibilities will include:



  • Ensure the smooth running of all operational duties of the subsidiary.

  • Liaise with service providers on issues and better services.

  • Ensure that the customer service desk is responding to all queries from customers.

  • Approve all transactions that need approvals on all platforms.

  • Ensure the reconciliation desk is reconciling all transactions as at when due

  • Ensure the project desk handles and delivers projects as at when due.

  • Work hand in hand with the IT team to ensure all platforms are working well.

  • Handle presentations and come up with innovative ideas for the subsidiary.

  • Ensure all customers brought in by the marketing team are tagged to the right staff and transactions tagged to the right staff

  • Meeting both technical and consumer needs. 


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution. Preferably bank or Fintech.

  • Strong knowledge of banking or fintech operations.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, pay attention to details and identify areas of improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
