Job Description

• Stores system repairs. (System not coming up, slow system, hard disk repairs and change, system not printing, Laptop fixing, system servicing, etc)


• Stores ICG management


• Stores Loyalty Program Management


• HQ Server Management , data security and data protection/backup


• Network Management at stores and HQ


• Assist in Tester management


• Report generation for Management and Line staff


• Effecting approved Sales Promotions by management at stores and HQ


• Price changes and Data Input/Editing


• Stock issues (Investigation & Resolution)


• Resolve ICG issues as affecting other department duties (eg Account/ICG reconciliation)


• Printer Management


• Day to Day data management. Purchasing, Invoicing, Transfers, Price change, etc


• CUG phonecall issues


• Web/Online duties collaboration with online team. Online/ICG resolution and sales


• Resolving software possible malfunction and Data errors created at stores and HQ or by software itself


• Sundry duties
