Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)Must have been called to Bar


• 3+ years’ experience including significant professional experience in Company Law, finance and other relevant areas of law as may be required.


• Master’s in law (LLM) will be an added advantage


• Being a member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) or similar institutes will be an added advantage


• Proven work experience in an investment industry/financial background will be an added advantage.


• Experience in Asset management , Litigation, Content Management and Licensing will be an added advantage.
