Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Analyze and interpret data (for category brands) using DMS and other propriety business tools.
- Effective investigation and Implementation of New Technologies/Innovations that aid staff productivity.
- Timely response and effective resolution of IT related problem (Dynamics, Printer, system administration and so on).
- Ascertain that all data entries are properly inputted, and that any errors or discrepancies are corrected immediately.
- Readiness to support staff on any other I.T related tasks.
- Transfer information from the paper form into digital form.
- Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Relevant Certifications in ICT fundamentals, database management, Networking, Hardware Engineering, etc.
- Konwledge in graphic design is an added advantage.
