Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities



  • Analyze and interpret data (for category brands) using DMS and other propriety business tools.

  • Effective investigation and Implementation of New Technologies/Innovations that aid staff productivity.

  • Timely response and effective resolution of IT related problem (Dynamics, Printer, system administration and so on).

  • Ascertain that all data entries are properly inputted, and that any errors or discrepancies are corrected immediately.

  • Readiness to support staff on any other I.T related tasks.

  • Transfer information from the paper form into digital form.

  • Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.


Requirements



  • Relevant Certifications in ICT fundamentals, database management, Networking, Hardware Engineering, etc.

  • Konwledge in graphic design is an added advantage.

  • Critical Thinking Skills

  • Systems Analysis Skills

  • Complex Problem Solving Skills

  • Management skills

  • Communication skills.
