The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sale of the Company’s new and legacy property stock to maximize profitability and achieve the best prices available in the market.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator with great writing skills, and a self-starter with high energy. The candidate must also be very knowledgeable about the Nigerian real estate market, be familiar with local community hubs, and must stay current on available mortgage providers; and government regulations on real estate.
Leasing:
Negotiating new leases and renewals on behalf of the company or its clients, in order to maximize yield;
Assist in maintaining up-to-date schedules of tenancies, leases, licenses, services, details of rent review dates, periods and dates of notices required to be given, termination dates of tenancies and licenses, and other dates material to each tenancy.
Marketing:
Promoting the Company’s properties through advertisements, listing services, social media, newsletters, and other creative and cost-effective methods
Ensuring property listing information on the Company’s website is updated on a regular basis
Creating and/or participating in property marketing events, open houses, or property launch events; and representing the Company at external events such as conferences.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7 - 10 years work experience.
