Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Focus on developing key verticals within Traction (transportation, healthcare, hotels, for example)
- Focus on developing core sectoral partnerships to enable Traction to capture sector specific value chains
- Focus on developing geographic partnerships to capture key clusters across the country
- Assist the partnerships teams in identifying and onboarding software partners for integrations
- Drive special projects to grow capacity and effectiveness of the Corporate Sales team (including team building, sales techniques, cross selling, reporting, sales incentives and commissions)
What you’ll need (Requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years+ experience and results in Fintech sales or related field
- A thorough understanding of the FinTech/PTSP ecosystem in Nigeria
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Projection and forecasting skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Perceptive and a fast learner: you’re able to quickly understand the technology that powers Traction Apps, and able to help customers achieve their goals, even if they’re unable to articulate those goals
- A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition
- The ability to solve problems and to think quickly on your feet
