JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Developing designs based on client specifications or company branding guidelines


• Communicating effectively with clients to gather information about their needs, preferences, and deadlines


• Updating designs as needed based on feedback from clients or other team members


• Designing models of inanimate objects such as buildings, furniture, and kitchen appliances


• Preparing technical drawings such as blueprints and sketches for construction projects


• Creating computer-generated models of three-dimensional objects or scenes by using specialized software programs such as AutoCAD Solid works or Fusion360


• Developing models of buildings or other structures by making drawings and calculations using computer-aided design (CAD) software applications


• Developing and designing new products for commercial use by creating prototypes and mockups using computer-aided design (CAD) software applications such as AutoCAD, Solid works or Fusion 360


• Developing concepts and drawings for interior design projects such as retail spaces, restaurants, and hotels

 JOB QUALIFICATION

• Must have strong background in Maya, with some experience in Cinema 4D


• A Bachelors degree in Industrial Design and/or Engineering


• 6+ years of CAD/ prototyping work experience


• Minimum of 5 years previous related experience, preferably in footwear with traditional footwear development/prototyping skills (patternmaking, mold making hard parts and sewing soft goods) with basic knowledge of design tech pack and blue print creation


• Demonstrated proficiency using digital design applications


• Knowledge and use of laser cutting machinery preferred
