Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the business


• ​​​Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain business goals.


• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.


• Direct and coordinate factory operations within company policy and guideline.


• Work with HR to recruit, manage and motivate staff through excellent leadership skills


• Receive and review reports from line managers and prepare summary report for top management.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in relevant field


• 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Proven experience handling managerial role


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities


• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development


• Good understanding of research methods and techniques


• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
