We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Editorial and Research Content Lead to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a content strategy that supports our company's growth objectives, engages our target audience, and establishes us as a thought leader in the industry.
What you will do:
Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage the editorial calendar and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and videos.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to create data-driven content that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, sales teams, and product managers, to develop content that supports sales and marketing initiatives.
Manage a team of content writers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, is Search Engine optimized and meets legal and compliance requirements.
Analyze and report on the performance of content using data and metrics to inform future content strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the financial technology industry.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with a B2B audience.
Excellent research skills and ability to synthesize complex information into digestible content.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of content writers and freelancers.
Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content accordingly.
Experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Hands-on experience with MS Office and publishing tools
