What we need



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Editorial and Research Content Lead to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a content strategy that supports our company's growth objectives, engages our target audience, and establishes us as a thought leader in the industry.


What you will do:



  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

  •  Manage the editorial calendar and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and videos.

  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to create data-driven content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, sales teams, and product managers, to develop content that supports sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Manage a team of content writers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.

  • Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, is Search Engine optimized and meets legal and compliance requirements.

  • Analyze and report on the performance of content using data and metrics to inform future content strategies


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the financial technology industry.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with a B2B audience.

  • Excellent research skills and ability to synthesize complex information into digestible content.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of content writers and freelancers.

  • Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content accordingly.

  • Experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and publishing tools

  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
