Our client, a renouned fitness and wellness retail brand with several offices across major states in Nigeria and their Head office in Abuja, requires for immediate employment the service of a very competent, confident and self driven Lead Generation/ E-commerce Manager


Duties



  • Monitoring all social media platforms and providing feedbacks accordingly

  • Follow up on leads generated and conversion rate

  • Manage all e-commerce platforms in relations to sales conversion, A/B testing and reporting.

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance

  • Developing strategies for increasing sales conversions of products through strategic partnerships with other companies.

  • Daily monitoring of all customer reps and provide feedbacks.

  • Developing customer personas and journey mapping and knowing their buying preferences.

  • Continuously developing new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer’s journey in order to optimize conversion rates.

  • Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and services, to develop and enhance strategies.

  • Accountability for ensuring all campaign leads are tracked, scored and routed appropriately; regularly analyzing campaign performance.

  • Translating performance of demand generation campaigns and delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with.

  • Determining which leads are ready to be passed on to sales representatives for follow up Using data analysis tools to track website performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand

  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies and tactics that meet an organization’s business goals

  • Communicating with potential buyers to understand their needs and helping them find solutions to their problems

  • Monitoring competitor activity in the marketplace to identify new opportunities for business growth

  • Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that all leads are followed up on efficiently

  • Tracking lead generation results to determine which tactics are most effective and should be continued or eliminated

  • Developing new lead generation strategies based on changing market conditions and customer needs

  • Reviewing current leads to determine whether they should be converted into sales opportunities or discarded as dead ends

  • Assisting in product positioning and messaging for the various buyer personas in the market that differentiate Getfit product offerings from those of the competition.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/ M.Sc from any accredited tertiary institution

  • Extensive experience with E-commerce Management

  • Lead Generation expertise.

  • Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing 

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Sound communication skills

  • Must be self driven and result-oriented
