You will


You will perform the duties and have the responsibilities and authority customarily performed and held by an employee in your position or as otherwise may be assigned or delegated to you by the Company including but not limited to the responsibilities listed below:



  • Lead and deliver on people data analyzing and people performance metrics & reports for decision making.

  • Change management support - support transitional changes associated with reviews, growth, and advancement.

  • Working closely with the team to ensure that the HR Information Systems & platforms are efficiently managed and maintained to a good standard and that all staff data is accurate and updated.

  • Support and coach the management team on people leadership matters, including business change and transformation; Forming strong relationships with the leadership team to be able to offer leadership and support in a fast-paced performance environment.

  • Partner with leadership to understand and execute the company’s people strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent development needs, retention, and succession planning.

  • Provides support, leadership and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive people matters arise.

  • Drive talent acquisition and onboarding in the market in liaison with the talent acquisition team.

  • Promote and drive employee engagement to ensure high engagement and satisfaction for high productivity.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout people management.

  • Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions.

  • Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department.


We're looking for someone who has



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

  • Empathetic towards our staff, customers, transporters and other key stakeholders in our business

  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those Business units.

  • You should be able to assist line managers in setting SMART KPIs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
