Our client is a reputable micro finance bank and they are currently looking to hire a Senior Marketing Executive (Lagos).

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate the activities of team members.


• Ensure to meet all sales quotas and goals.


• Assist sales team members to meet and exceed goals.


• Work with the sales team on closing sales.


• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance sales metrics


• Grow the Company's client base through Direct Sales Activities to potential customers


• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.


• Achieve growth within the Key performance indicators; liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, and e banking product offerings.


• Evaluate credit worthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation


• Monitors active loans and enforce collection and recoveries


• Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.


• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals


• Expedites the resolution of complaints to maximize satisfaction and boost customer service experience


• Achieve a healthy portfolio and deposit mix


• Executes marketing strategy and develop marketing campaigns


• Perform any other duties as maybe assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND from a reputable institution


• Minimum of 5 years experience marketing Micro Finance Bank services
