- We are seeking a Digital / Growth Marketer who is entrepreneurial, data focused, and hands on across all areas of the marketing function.
- They will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies and/or campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Find and address issues in the sales/marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn or bounce rate
- Strategize, build and implement the entire sales/marketing funnel
- Find and implement opportunities to rapidly grow customer acquisition and conversion
- Developing and implementing ROI driven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert
- Develop, monitor and improve live campaigns, analyze websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.
- Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies.

- A mind that analyses & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve business growth
- A solid understanding of how Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimization, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, and page performance affect and can improve conversion rates.
- Solid understanding and experience running successful SEM, Google PPC Marketing, Display Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Solid understanding and experience running successful Social Media Ads (especially on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok).
- Excellent Google Analytics knowledge & channel marketing analytics
- Well-grounded in SEO, Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge about content writing, strategy and marketing.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work with a fast paced team.
Remuneration
N300,000 Monthly.
