Key Responsibilities



  • Develop role as strategic client partner and advisor across ongoing brand initiatives

  • Create and direct innovative and thoughtful strategic solutions to complex brand and communications challenges on behalf of our portfolio of clients

  • Consult with clients on a range of strategic brand initiatives, including brand positioning, brand architecture, brand analytics, internal brand engagement and digital brand strategy

  • Build upon a deepening knowledge of business, brand and clients to deliver strategies that continually evolve client brands

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams and partners to build and execute on strategic recommendations that will ultimately be brought to market across multiple channels

  • Collaborate with creative teams to shape creative expression and execution

  • Collaborate with project management to ensure that initiatives have appropriate resources for development, and are ultimately delivered on time and on budget

  • Inspire and mentor junior strategy team members

  • Any other duties that may be assigned


New Business Development



  • Engage in broad-based branding discussions with clients to become trusted counselor, and in so doing identify further opportunities for mutually beneficial growth of the company and client relationship

  • Follow up and manage the new business process on select leads generated by the firm’s marketing efforts, including conducting research and contributing strategy to presentations and proposals


KPIs



  • Successful new business pitches

  • Growing existing clients’ portfolio

  • Development of key Client relationships reflected in Client bi-annual feedback to Agency


Required Skills and Experience



  • 7+ years of relevant work experience

  • Strategic, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Good communicator

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
