Job Description

• Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes


• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor


• Respond to all guest questions and requests


• Answer and forward phone calls


• Manage guest bookings and reservations


• Keep accurate financial records of guests bookings


• Keep a tidy and orderly workspace


• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary

N25,000 - N35,000 / month.
