Job Description

• Drive the business to profitability


• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication


• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics


• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance


• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)


• Manage relationships with partners/vendors


• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.


• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.


• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.


• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

Qualification & Experience:

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles


• 3 years' COO experience in the FMCG space


• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity


• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues


• Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics


• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues


• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.


• Knowledge of learning and development of best practices.


• Ability to think strategically and holistically and to appreciate the systematic impact of various policies, practices, issues and solutions on learning and development
