Job Summary



  • We are searching for a methodical and strategic grant manager to work with our organization in enhancing funding models, identifying new sources of funding, and developing sustainable and effective grant programs.

  • Our ideal candidate must be able to lead grant proposal development and submission as well as identify new sources of funding for the company.


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Research and identify new funding and business development opportunities globally

  • Maintain and build relationships with funders and other strategic partners

  • Draft proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives, and budgets and collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders where necessary

  • Monitor and maintain funder and investor reporting schedules and requirements

  • Develop and oversee standard terms and conditions for grant award letters, agreements, and contracts

  • Administer grant records and evaluate financial reports to analyze all annual progress and perform review on grant expenditure

  • Analyze all processes, provide enhancements to all grant programs if required and manage all grant management processes according to policies and procedures

  • Prepare and monitor budgets and analyze financial data.


Requirements and Qualification



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent

  • A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in grant management

  • Experience in developing, writing and submitting successful grant applications

  • Strong research skills with ability to synthesize complex information in accessible and actionable formats

  • Demonstrated success in obtaining grant driven funding from foundations, corporations and/or public funding sources.
