Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal regulations for quality control function
Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc;
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Approve the right products or reject defectives
Solicit feedback from customers via the front desk to assess whether their requirements are met
Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line and customer sites, ensuring all open issues can be closed in a timely manner.
Requirements
B.Sc in an Engineering Course
Minimum of 5 Years in the Furniture Industry.
Must have deep furniture knowledge with a QC achievement record.
